Guarantee

1. Your new puppy is a purebred AKC Brittany. The completed American Kennel Club registration will be given to you at the time you pick up the puppy. If there is a delay on the part of the AKC delivering the papers by the time of pick up, they will be mailed to you.

2. We guarantee your puppy's parents are free of genetic hip dysplasia and any other genetic defect for 30 months. This makes it extremely unlikely that your puppy will have that genetic defect. We will not knowingly sell you a puppy with any serious defects or acquired disease. We will guarantee the health of your puppy until 72 hours after you take him/her home. By that time you should take the puppy to your veterinarian. It is extremely important that you limit your dog's exposure to infectious disease until your dog is fully immunized and the vaccine has a chance to protect your dog. We will provide a complete health record with your puppy.

3. The puppy has innate hunting potential but its ability depends on your training and treatment of the dog.

4. Please remember that we agree to take back the puppy at any age, for any reason. We will not refund the purchase price, but we will find a new home for the dog. We have the first right of approval of any owner that you choose if you cannot keep the dog.
